If any of you can figure out a way to get those that are signed up and actually live in your states to even contact you via this website, please let me know your secrets. I have only had maybe 4 or 5 that has replied to reaching out to Texas members.

It is hard to see any emails unless you are member to all states, The leads should be able to post so that state can read them and not find them by accident. I see only the things that are emailed.
