Thank you all for the prayers and text messages about my foot surgery. Itโs very painful even after a week. Prayers work thanks so much. Hereโs that X-ray of the pins and metal that was done to my foot. The other pic is pretty gross So Iโm not posting it. I canโt wait to get back on the ground spreading info. I am sharing info with doctors and therapists even while home bound ๐
