CD1: Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook, Washington, Multnomah CD3: Multnomah, Clackamas, Hood River CD4: Coos, Curry, Lincoln, Lane, Benton, Douglas All have vacancies. An election is required within 90 days of a vacancy. In CD4 we have had vacancies for long past 90 days. These are voting positions on the ORP Executive Committee. They are very important and need to be filled. In CD4 we have 3 vacancies and now need a special convention of the PCPs in those counties.
