North Carolina is in a better position to pass beneficial legislation with the new general assembly in session. For example, the Anti-Rioting bill has just become law - the governor refused to sign it but he also knew he could not successfully veto the bill. A similar bill failed last year. This time, there were more Republicans in office and some Democrats supported the bill as well. When we not only vote but encourage others to do the same, recruit and campaign for conservative candidates, and regularly make our voices known to our legislators, we make a difference. https://www.carolinajournal.com/cooper-allows-anti-rioting-and-hotel-safety-bills-to-become-law/
