Can someone explain to me how in one day, just one day, 192 bills are filed? I have been told that just this year there has been over 4,000 bills filed. Blows my mind. I may need to clarify, this is in the state of Texas only. It would be bad if it was all 50 states, but just in one state is mind blowing.
