Once again I am posting for the national event on the 25th 26th and 27th of August in Dodge City Kansas.
We are still needing the things on the list below.
We are still approximately $2,000 from our goal to be able to offer refreshments on Friday evening for people who come and miscellaneous expenses. As we have stated any money that is over from this event will go to the veterans. We have been invited to go to the veterans home at Fort Dodge which is near Dodge City on Saturday morning so a small Convoy will be going there they are going to do an ice cream social with the veterans. Also I think this would be a very good place to donate any leftover money too if there is any because it is local and we should support local. I am hoping to get time next week to contact a couple of hotels there and see if we can get any group rates at all. I'm not sure how many people we would have to have booking the hotel to have a group rate but I will inquire.
Kentucky can you share this to the National page I'm not sure if that's possible on here and I sure don't know how to do it. Thank you.
